Terms of Service.

Welcome to Spinx Club, the world's premier luxury crypto casino. By accessing or using our platform (www.spinxclub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('ToS'). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update this ToS periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

1. Eligibility.

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Spinx Club.
1.2. You must not reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, including but not limited to the United States, North Korea, Iran, Afghanistan, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, or any country on the FATF grey/black list.
1.3. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws. Spinx Club is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of our platform in restricted jurisdictions
1.4. Employees and immediate family members of Spinx Club are prohibited from participating in games or promotions. Affiliates may use the platform for personal entertainment but are strictly prohibited from earning commissions on their own activity, self-referred accounts, or any accounts linked to them (e.g., same IP/device). Violation of this rule will result in affiliate account termination, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action.
1.5. You must not be an athlete, coach, referee, or anyone with authority to influence the outcome of an event if you participate in any future betting features we may introduce.
1.6. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform. If you enter a self-exclusion agreement elsewhere, you must notify us immediately at concierge@spinxclub.com

2. Account Registration and Security.

2.1. You must create an account to use our services, providing accurate information (e.g., email, username, name, address).
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Spinx Club is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
2.3. We may require identity verification (KYC) at signup, upon reaching a $1,000 cumulative deposit, or if suspicious activity is detected, as per our AML Policy. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
2.4. You may only create one account. Multiple accounts will be terminated, and associated funds may be forfeited. If you notice multiple accounts, notify us immediately at concierge@spinxclub.com.
2.5. Accounts are non-transferable. Selling or transferring your account is prohibited.
2.6. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.
2.7. You must inform us of any errors in your account or calculations related to bets/wagers. We reserve the right to void any bets affected by such errors.
2.8. You are responsible for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals.

3.1. Spinx Club accepts deposits and withdrawals in cryptocurrencies only (e.g., BTC, USDT).
3.2. For Indian users, deposits may be facilitated through a third-party INR-to-crypto payment gateway, which handles INR-to-crypto conversions. This gateway is a separate entity, and Spinx Club is not responsible for its operations or compliance.
3.3. Minimum deposit: $10 (or crypto equivalent). Minimum withdrawal: $50 (or crypto equivalent).
3.4. Withdrawals are processed instantly, subject to network confirmations and compliance checks. Spinx Club is not responsible for delays due to blockchain congestion or third-party issues.
3.5. We may charge a withdrawal fee of up to 1% to cover network costs, disclosed at the time of withdrawal.
3.6. Deposits and withdrawals must comply with our AML/CTF Policy. Suspicious transactions may be flagged, and funds may be frozen pending investigation.
3.7. You must deposit using wallets or payment methods under your control. Using third-party methods is prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
3.8. Withdrawals must be made to wallets you own. We reserve the right to perform enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals.
3.9. You must wager 4x of your deposit value before requesting a withdrawal to prevent money laundering.
3.10. Funds cannot be transferred between Spinx Club accounts.

4. Bonuses and Promotions.

4.1. Spinx Club offers promotions, including:

  • 200% Deposit Bonus ($500–$2,000): Deposit $500, get $1,000 bonus; deposit $1,000, get $2,000 bonus (max).
  • 100% First Deposit Match ($50–$100): Deposit $50, get $50 bonus; deposit $100, get $100 bonus (max).


4.2. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (e.g., 40x bonus amount) before withdrawal. Full terms are provided with each promotion.
4.3. Bonuses cannot be combined unless stated. Attempting to abuse bonuses (e.g., bonus hunting, multiple accounts for bonus accumulation) may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and fund forfeiture.
4.4. Spinx Club reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at our discretion. We will endeavor to provide notice via email or on-site announcements where feasible, but reserve the right to act immediately without notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or regulatory requirements.
4.5. Bonuses expire after 30 days unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or forfeited bonuses cannot be reactivated.

5. Gaming Rules and Fairness.

5.1. All games (e.g., blackjack, dice, mines etc & more) operate with a house edge of 1%–5% (averaging 2.5%), disclosed in game rules.
5.2. Our Random Number Generator (RNG) is provably fair, certified by an independent auditor, and complies with Anjouan license requirements. You can verify game outcomes using cryptographic hashes provided after each round.
5.3. Specific game rules (e.g., blackjack payouts: 3:2 for blackjack, 1:1 for regular wins) are available in-game. By playing, you agree to these rules.
5.4. Spinx Club reserves the right to void bets or suspend games if technical errors, fraud, or collusion are detected.
5.5. You may not use bots, scripts, or automated systems to play. Violation results in account termination and fund forfeiture.

6. Affiliate Program.

6.1. Affiliates earn 15%–35% commission on referred users' net losses, as per our loss-based affiliate system.
6.2. Commissions are paid monthly in crypto, subject to a minimum threshold of $10.
6.3. Affiliates may play on Spinx Club for personal entertainment but cannot earn commissions on their own play, self-referred accounts, or linked accounts (e.g., same IP/device). We use monitoring tools (e.g., IP tracking, device fingerprinting) to detect violations.
6.4. Affiliates must comply with local advertising laws (e.g., ASCI guidelines in India, FTC in the US) and disclose their affiliate relationship (e.g., '#ad').
6.5. Spinx Club reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts, bonus abuse) with no commission payout.
6.6. Full affiliate terms are available in the affiliate dashboard upon signup.

7. Prohibited Uses.

7.1. The platform is for personal, recreational use only. You may not use it for commercial purposes, third-party benefit, or illicit activities (e.g., money laundering, terrorist financing).
7.2. Spinx Club prohibits use by individuals or entities subject to sanctions (e.g., US, EU, UN watchlists). By using our platform, you warrant you are not on such lists.
7.3. You must not use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or provide false information about your location. Violation results in account termination and fund forfeiture.
7.4. You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activities, including using software-assisted methods (e.g., bots) to gain an advantage. We may report suspicious activity to authorities.

8. Intellectual Property.

8.1. Spinx Club utilizes third-party payment providers for cryptocurrency conversions (e.g., INR-to-crypto).
8.2. These providers are independent entities, and their terms of service apply to conversion transactions.
8.3. Spinx Club is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses arising from their services.
8.4. Users must comply with the providers' policies and provide accurate wallet details.

9. Intellectual Property.

9.1. All content on Spinx Club (e.g., logo, UI design, our games) is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
9.3. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our content, code, or trademarks without prior written consent. Violation may result in legal action.
9.4. You agree not to harm or potentially harm our intellectual property rights.

10. Software and Technology Issues.

10.1. Your device, internet connection, or third-party services may affect platform performance. Spinx Club is not liable for issues arising from your equipment or connectivity.
10.2. You must not introduce viruses, malware, or harmful material to our platform, or attempt to bypass our security systems (e.g., via denial-of-service attacks). We are not liable for damage caused by such actions.
10.3. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any aspect of the platform (e.g., due to maintenance, errors) without liability for downtime or losses.
10.4. In case of technical errors (e.g., incorrect game payouts, server issues), we may void affected bets or transactions and take corrective action.

11. Third-Party Content.

11.1. Our platform may include content from third-party providers (e.g., game developers). You may need to accept their terms to use such content. Spinx Club is not liable for third-party content or services.
11.2. Links to third-party websites are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or any resulting loss or damage.

12. Limitation of Liability.

12.1. Spinx Club is not liable for losses due to user error, blockchain issues, third-party service failures (e.g., INR-to-crypto gateway delays), or force majeure events (e.g., hacks, natural disasters).
12.2. Spinx Club is not liable for actions or omissions by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to transaction failures or data breaches.
12.3. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your last deposit.
12.4. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime, and we are not liable for resulting losses.
12.5. Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that losses are possible, and Spinx Club is not responsible for your financial decisions.
12.6. Nothing in this ToS excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Termination and Suspension.

13.1. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate this ToS, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with AML/CTF requirements.
13.2. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining balance, subject to compliance checks and fees.
13.3. Spinx Club reserves the right to cease operations with 30 days’ notice, during which you may withdraw funds.
13.4. If your account is suspended or closed, we will notify you via email with instructions to withdraw remaining funds, if applicable.
13.5. Spinx Club is not liable for actions or omissions by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to transaction failures or data breaches.

14. Dispute Resolution.

14.1. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Anjouan, the jurisdiction of our license.
14.2. You agree to first attempt resolution through our support team (concierge@spinxclub.com). If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Anjouan.
14.3. Arbitration decisions are final and binding. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Spinx Club.
14.4. Nothing in this clause limits our right to take proceedings in other jurisdictions if permitted by law.

15. Responsible Gambling.

15.1. Spinx Club promotes responsible gambling. Tools like deposit limits, self-exclusion, and timeout periods are available in your account settings.

16.2. We conduct KYC and CDD as part of our AML/CTF Policy to prevent illicit activities, in compliance with Anjouan regulations and FATF standards.
16.3. We cooperate with third-party partners (e.g., INR-to-crypto gateway) to ensure compliance with their local laws, sharing data as needed while protecting your privacy.

17. Bet/Wager Confirmation.

17.1. Bets/wagers placed on Spinx Club games (e.g., blackjack, dice, etc.) are valid only once processed and confirmed by our system. A bet/wager is deemed confirmed when you receive an on-screen acknowledgment (e.g., bet history).
17.2. Each confirmed bet/wager is assigned a unique transaction ID, visible in your account history. We are not liable for bets/wagers not issued with a transaction ID due to user error (e.g., internet disconnection). If you’re unsure about a bet’s validity, check your account history or contact concierge@spinxclub.com.
17.3. Bets/wagers placed with insufficient funds in your account are void. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient balance before placing a bet.
17.4. In case of a dispute regarding a bet/wager, Spinx Club’s transaction log database will be the final authority. We reserve the right to void or adjust bets if errors occur (e.g., technical glitches, incorrect payouts).
17.5. Once a bet/wager is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by you, except in cases of technical errors or fraud, at our discretion.

18. Amendments.

18.1. We may update this ToS at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

19. Severability..

19.1. If any provision of this ToS is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

20.1. Spinx Club may assign this ToS, in whole or in part, without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this ToS.

21.1. No waiver of any breach of this ToS shall be construed as a waiver of future breaches.
21.2. This ToS does not create a partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and Spinx Club.
21.3. This ToS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Spinx Club, superseding prior agreements.
